Job Summary
To grow a property management portfolio, the full-time Client Success & Business Development Manager will connect with landlords, investors, and associations, guiding clients from initial contact to full onboarding in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Grow the property management portfolio by establishing connections with key stakeholders
- Guide clients through the onboarding process while maintaining smooth and professional communication
- Help develop systems that enhance client success and simplify processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in property management, client success, or real estate
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with technology, including Google Workspace, Notion, and CRM tools
- Demonstrated ability to help clients and close deals
- Self-motivated, independent, and reliable work ethic
