Job Summary

To grow a property management portfolio, the full-time Client Success & Business Development Manager will connect with landlords, investors, and associations, guiding clients from initial contact to full onboarding in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Grow the property management portfolio by establishing connections with key stakeholders
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process while maintaining smooth and professional communication
  • Help develop systems that enhance client success and simplify processes
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in property management, client success, or real estate
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with technology, including Google Workspace, Notion, and CRM tools
  • Demonstrated ability to help clients and close deals
  • Self-motivated, independent, and reliable work ethic
