Job Summary
To strengthen key client relationships across ownership groups, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will manage strategic account engagements, drive client health scoring, and mitigate issues while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with community and ownership-group leadership to align accounts with success plans
- Score customer health and maintain CRM data integrity to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Lead strategic business reviews and report on account health and satisfaction levels
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with multifamily operations and the proptech landscape
- Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce
- Proven track record of meeting retention and account-health benchmarks
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
