Job Summary
Acting as the primary point of contact for Self-Serve clients, the full-time Client Success Manager will provide support for the StackAdapt platform, ensuring successful programmatic campaign delivery while collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings, all within a remote work environment for candidates in the PST or MST time zones.
Key responsibilities:
- Support clients by addressing questions and resolving application issues related to the StackAdapt platform
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to provide data insights and inform product improvements
- Develop and review support documentation while seeking opportunities to enhance operational processes
Required qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising, with certifications in Digital IAB and Google Analytics preferred
- 2+ years of client-facing experience, preferably with internal service desks
- 2+ years of experience in technical business analysis, data analysis, or related support functions
- Familiarity with APIs, web app integration services, and CMS systems such as WordPress or Shopify
- Proven ability to identify root causes of technical issues and manage multiple priorities effectively
