Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of dental clients, the remote Client Success Manager will manage client relationships, act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and analyze campaign performance to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for site issues, campaign changes, and reporting
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, relaying client goals to the team and campaign performance to clients
- Analyze performance reports from various digital marketing platforms and present actionable insights to clients
Required qualifications:
- At least 4 years of relevant Account Management experience
- Dental experience is required
- Experience in digital marketing is required
- Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on client success
- Team-oriented approach with a passion for professional client interactions
