Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of dental clients, the remote Client Success Manager will manage client relationships, act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and analyze campaign performance to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for site issues, campaign changes, and reporting
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company, relaying client goals to the team and campaign performance to clients
  • Analyze performance reports from various digital marketing platforms and present actionable insights to clients
Required qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of relevant Account Management experience
  • Dental experience is required
  • Experience in digital marketing is required
  • Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on client success
  • Team-oriented approach with a passion for professional client interactions
