Job Summary
To support a growing Public Sector Customer Success team, the full-time Client Success Manager will manage a portfolio of labor funds, unions, and multi-employer health plans, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of labor funds, unions, and multi-employer health plans
- Lead business reviews focused on engagement, outcomes, ROI, and long-term value
- Identify retention risks, growth opportunities, and strategies to strengthen partnerships
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Healthcare, Benefits, or a related customer-facing role
- Experience presenting outcomes, ROI, and strategic recommendations to leadership audiences
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while navigating complex customer environments
- Demonstrates a proactive use of AI tools to improve individual output and efficiency
