Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, the full-time Client Success Manager will focus on client lifecycle management, value realization, and collaborative partnerships to ensure client retention and satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the client lifecycle across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, prioritizing retention and churn reduction
  • Ensure clients achieve and measure ROI from services, documenting measurable program outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to guide marketing best practices and optimize consumer-generated content
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services
  • Proven track record of driving account retention and revenue growth
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with experience managing executive relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and complex workstreams efficiently
  • Marketing program management experience is highly preferred
