Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of credit union and community bank clients, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will drive product adoption, manage renewals, and serve as the primary relationship owner while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum client value from the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, conducting regular business reviews and strategic discussions
  • Drive product adoption and identify expansion opportunities by developing and executing strategic success plans tailored to client objectives
  • Lead the renewal process, managing timelines and negotiations while proactively addressing at-risk accounts to maintain high retention rates
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience within B2B fintech or banking technology
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 20-30+ accounts with high responsiveness and follow-through
  • Excellent presentation skills with experience leading executive business reviews and strategic planning discussions
  • Demonstrated success in driving product adoption, renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to navigate complex client organizations and build trust across multiple stakeholder levels
