Job Summary
To support continued growth, the full-time Client Success Manager will build strategic client relationships, drive platform adoption, and manage a portfolio of high-value clients remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Onboarding team to ensure a strong foundation and accelerate time-to-value for clients
- Own customer health by monitoring health signals and proactively mitigating risks to retention
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on adoption and value realization, collaborating with the Account Management team on strategic outcomes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of client success or account management experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer relationships
- Highly organized and data-driven, with experience using customer health metrics and CRM systems
