Job Summary

To enhance client relationships and drive success, the remote Client Success Manager will serve as the primary resource for clients during Eastern Time business hours, ensuring they understand the platform, facilitating user adoption, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure clients understand the platform and its capabilities while aligning their needs with product development
  • Accelerate user adoption through instruction and ongoing education on new features
  • Identify churn risks and upsell opportunities, developing strategies for client engagement and success planning
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in client success or account management
  • Experience promoting SaaS solutions in a client success role
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and web-based tools
  • Experience in the property management industry is a bonus
