Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Success Manager will establish trusted relationships with mid-to-large enterprise accounts, drive client success metrics, and manage day-to-day communications while delivering performance insights and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead campaign performance strategy, analyze trends, and guide clients in achieving their campaign goals
- Manage daily client communication, build relationships, and conduct recurring performance calls
- Advocate for client needs internally and monitor client health to identify expansion opportunities and address challenges
Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as an Enterprise Client Success Manager or Project Manager in a client-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
