Job Summary
To support client relationships and drive account growth, the full-time Client Success Manager will manage client accounts remotely, ensuring effective communication, onboarding, and ongoing support while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely communication and effective resolution of client needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts and stakeholders
- Manage the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and ongoing account support while identifying opportunities for account growth
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Background in background checks, investigations, compliance, or SaaS strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing client accounts and supporting customer retention
- Proven ability to identify upsell and account expansion opportunities
- Experience working with sales and operations teams to support account growth and client satisfaction
