Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Managers, the full-time Manager, Client Success will ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals for top-tier Pharmaceutical and Agency clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive effective implementation of customer engagements and serve as the main point of escalation for client concerns
- Guide the professional growth of Account Managers and assist in developing Quarterly Business Reviews for top accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create training materials and provide insights for program optimization
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a team lead within customer success
- 8+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical client and account management
- Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and project management tools like JIRA or TaskRay
- Ability to apply analytics and data to enhance value propositions
- Strong relationship management skills and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
