Job Summary
Managing a defined portfolio of clients, the full-time Client Success Manager will oversee post-sale relationships with title agents, underwriters, lenders, and law firms, focusing on retention, expansion, and ensuring a seamless client experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of active accounts, driving Net Revenue Retention and order volume growth
- Monitor adoption and order health, intervening early to enhance client engagement and usage
- Own renewals and identify expansion opportunities, proactively addressing at-risk accounts
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of client-facing experience in Client/Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Experience in the title, escrow, or real estate underwriting industry
- Proven track record of client retention and account expansion
- Familiarity with title, escrow, and closing workflows, including commitment-ready reports
- Technical proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence dashboards
