Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time Client Success Manager will ensure exceptional service and maximize value from the firm's Accounting, HR, Payroll, Tax, and advisory solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular business reviews and ensuring alignment with their objectives
- Monitor client health and satisfaction, identifying churn risks and developing retention strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences and advocate for client needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Professional Services
- Experience supporting Accounting, HR, Payroll, Tax, or outsourced business services
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
