Job Summary

To enhance client satisfaction and service standards, the full-time remote Client Success & Experience Manager will lead and mentor a team, manage high-touch relationships with complex accounts, and optimize client experience processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Actively coach and mentor junior team members on client satisfaction strategies while leading by example
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for complex client accounts, ensuring premium service delivery
  • Audit and refine client experience workflows, transitioning from reactive support to proactive engagement
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record in a senior support role managing enterprise accounts or high-net-worth clients
  • Experience transitioning from an individual contributor to a leadership or mentorship role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom; experience with CRM/project management platforms preferred
  • Experience in educational consulting or premium service industries is a strong plus
