Job Summary

Managing client relationships and project delivery, the full-time Client Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring successful cybersecurity engagements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison for clients during engagements, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the delivery process
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and communication to align with the Statement of Work and client expectations
  • Collaborate with security engineers and delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, project management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Proven experience managing client-facing projects, including timelines and communication plans
  • Familiarity with Statements of Work and project scopes
  • Experience working directly with clients, including executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage relationships with both clients and internal teams effectively
