Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Success Manager will onboard internal podcasters, consult proactively with clients to drive podcast adoption, and create support resources to enhance the client experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Onboard internal podcasters by guiding them through software setup and communication strategies
  • Proactively consult with clients to drive employee audience adoption and inspire creative approaches
  • Create and improve support resources, including FAQs, guides, and templates for clients
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or employee engagement communications
  • Strong passion for the employee experience and commitment to client support
  • Resourceful and curious mindset with a focus on problem-solving for clients
  • Familiarity with remote work and productivity tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and Notion
  • Genuine interest in podcasts and their role in enhancing communication in distributed teams
