Job Summary

To enhance internal communication through podcasting, the full-time Client Success Manager will onboard new partners, consult proactively with clients, and create support resources in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Onboard internal podcasters by guiding them through software setup and communication strategies
  • Proactively consult with clients to drive employee audience adoption and share best practices
  • Create and improve support resources, including FAQs and guides, to facilitate client self-service
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or employee engagement communications
  • Passion for enhancing the employee experience and supporting partners
  • Resourceful and curious mindset with a focus on problem-solving for clients
  • Familiarity with remote work and productivity tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and Notion
  • Interest in using A.I. tools to scale operations in a fast-growing company
