Job Summary
To enhance internal communication through podcasting, the full-time Client Success Manager will onboard new partners, consult proactively with clients, and create support resources in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard internal podcasters by guiding them through software setup and communication strategies
- Proactively consult with clients to drive employee audience adoption and share best practices
- Create and improve support resources, including FAQs and guides, to facilitate client self-service
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or employee engagement communications
- Passion for enhancing the employee experience and supporting partners
- Resourceful and curious mindset with a focus on problem-solving for clients
- Familiarity with remote work and productivity tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and Notion
- Interest in using A.I. tools to scale operations in a fast-growing company
