Job Summary

Overseeing client success activities, the full-time Client Success Manager will ensure timely completion of plan tasks, monitor project deadlines, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients and advisors, ensuring satisfaction and retention of a portfolio of retirement plans
  • Monitor and report on project status, manage year-end data collection, and assist clients with regulatory requirements
  • Lead annual client reviews and collaborate with internal teams to support implementation and conversion processes
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retirement plan administration industry
  • Broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry with a willingness to obtain ASPPA QKA/QKS designation or NIPA equivalent within 1 year of hire
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a client-facing customer support role
  • Proficiency with PensionPro or similar TPA management software
