Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Owning post-sale client relationships, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will ensure seamless program delivery for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, coordinating closely with internal teams and managing expectations across various educational and event initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs, overseeing client onboarding and project completion
• Translate client commitments into project plans, timelines, and deliverables while keeping programs on track
• Proactively monitor client satisfaction and project risks, resolving issues and providing performance updates

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related client-facing role
• Experience managing conferences, events, virtual programs, or digital campaigns from planning through delivery
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical education, or related industries
• Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements and project management platforms is highly valued
