Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate and driven Client Success Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on building strong client relationships, developing strategic marketing plans, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of customized marketing strategies that align with client goals
• Communicate effectively with clients, managing projects and addressing requests through an internal project management system
• Analyze data from industry platforms to create actionable insights and comprehensive campaign performance reports

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in a fast-growing digital marketing agency
• Experience in driving revenue growth and upselling solutions to clients
• Hands-on experience with Paid Media and/or SEO strategies, including proficiency with platforms like Google Ads and Google Analytics 4
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
