Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Managing existing client relationships, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will ensure client satisfaction, generate referrals, and oversee request for proposal opportunities while maintaining a book of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client accounts and processes to ensure high-quality service
• Manage the recruitment process for accounts through regular communication and project reviews
• Identify and secure request for proposal opportunities, managing the entire RFP process

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of sales, recruitment, or account management experience
• Preferred experience in physician recruitment or healthcare sales
• Proven track record in account management within healthcare recruitment
• Ability to effectively communicate with C-suite executives and senior management
