Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Client Success Manager will strategically engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention while collaborating with internal teams to support business growth in the Prescription Benefit Management sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships by addressing inquiries and coordinating service delivery with internal teams
• Assist in client onboarding and execute communication plans, including preparation for client meetings and reporting
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities, working closely with the Client Success Executive

Required qualifications

• College degree or applicable experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Experience in client-facing roles with problem-solving capabilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing responsibilities
