Client Success Manager
Job Summary
Owning employer partner relationships end-to-end, the remote Client Success Manager will lead implementation, onboarding, and ongoing account management to ensure successful partnerships and drive member utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead seamless implementations by coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve go-live milestones
- Drive high-impact onboarding through launch strategies and engagement campaigns with external HR and benefits teams
- Own ongoing employer relationships by managing regular business reviews and identifying opportunities for growth
Required qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in client success, account management, implementation, or partner operations
- Experience in digital health, employer benefits, or regulated healthcare environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in project management
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights
- Self-directed and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment
