Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with clients to design Google Cloud solutions tailored to their unique needs and long-term business goals
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of Google Workspace to drive sales, upsells, and expansions

Required Qualifications:

• Google Workspace Admin Engineer Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Google Workspace solutions
• Deep understanding of Google Workspace with the capability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex configurations
• Proven track record in managing and forging strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and success
