Client Success Manager (Compliance)

Job Summary

Building strong client relationships, the full-time Client Success Manager (Compliance) will lead compliance-focused program reviews, analyze data for trends and risks, and manage project deliverables in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship lead for compliance initiatives, ensuring client objectives are achieved
• Review compliance dashboards and program data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and manage project plans, coordinating stakeholders to ensure timely completion of initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, project management, or a related client-facing role
• Proven experience managing project plans and coordinating multiple stakeholders across concurrent initiatives
• Experience analyzing business or program data to develop actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations to clients and large stakeholder groups
• Interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment
