Job Summary
Overseeing client success activities for complex retirement plans, the full-time Client Success Manager II will manage client communications, ensure timely completion of plan tasks, and monitor project deadlines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and advisors, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Monitor project status and follow up on outstanding annual requirements, including data collection and filings
- Lead annual client reviews and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client engagement and service delivery
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in retirement plan administration
- Broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry with a willingness to obtain ASPPA QKA/QKS designation or NIPA equivalent within 1 year of hire
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing customer support role
- Proficiency with PensionPro or similar TPA management software
