- Implement client success plans and manage client risks

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with public safety, 911, or GIS expertise
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in client management or similar roles
- Technical expertise in articulating service offerings and value to clients
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop action plans to achieve objectives
