Job Summary
Overseeing client success activities for complex and high-revenue clients, the full-time Client Success Manager III will manage annual plan tasks, facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, and mentor junior staff while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and advisors, ensuring satisfaction and retention of their accounts
- Monitor project status, follow up on year-end data collection, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead annual client reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and retention strategies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retirement plan administration
- Broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry; ASPPA QKA designation or NIPA equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing customer support role
- Proficiency with PensionPro or similar TPA management software
