Job Summary

To drive successful outcomes for a portfolio of utility clients leveraging SAP-based managed services, the full-time salaried Client Success Manager III (SAP) will manage client relationships, ensure service delivery, and oversee incident management in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic utility clients, building trusted advisor relationships and leading regular governance meetings
  • Coordinate service delivery and monitor performance against SLAs, ensuring effective incident and escalation management
  • Develop and maintain client success plans, conducting regular account reviews to assess risks and opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or Service Delivery
  • 5+ years supporting utility clients with knowledge of SAP IS-U, utility billing, and meter-to-cash processes
  • Experience working within SAP-based environments, including SAP IS-U and related utility applications
  • Strong understanding of managed services delivery and service-level agreements
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex customer relationships
