Client Success Manager, Legal
Job Summary
Driving adoption and solution optimization for a tier of legal clients, the full-time Client Success Manager, Legal will proactively guide clients in realizing the value of their Intapp investment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor adoption data and engagement signals to identify opportunities for proactive outreach that drives client retention
- Execute structured outreach programs based on usage milestones and risk signals to enhance client adoption and retention
- Consult with clients post-deployment to ensure effective utilization of Intapp solutions and address any inquiries regarding product usage
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client success within professional services, preferably in the legal industry
- Experience utilizing adoption and usage data to inform outreach strategies
- Ability to quickly build product proficiency and adapt to new solutions
- Familiarity with Intapp Time and Billstream or the timekeeping and billing domain in law firms
- Bachelor's degree required
