Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager - Product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong rapport, and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Develop personalized success plans for each client, outlining their objectives, milestones, and KPIs
  • Track, analyze, and evaluate client data to ensure client goals are met

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field, or 4+ years of account management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Manager, or Professional services role
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technology organization/environment preferred
