Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for customer relationships
- Develop tailored success plans for each customer in the portfolio

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical/Business experience
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years of experience with healthcare and/or financial products in a sales, services, consulting, or client management environment
- 1+ years of previous project/customer management experience
- Experience working with C-Suite executives
