Client Success Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the AVP of Client Success - Health Plans, the full-time remote Client Growth & Success Operations Associate will manage operational processes, maintain accurate data, and coordinate reporting for a strategic health plan partnership across multiple employer groups.

Key responsibilities

• Support operational management of a complex health plan partnership and ensure consistent execution across employer relationships
• Coordinate recurring reporting processes and maintain accurate employer and program-level information
• Drive cross-functional coordination and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in client success operations, program coordination, project management, or healthcare operations
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple data sources simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and project management tools like JIRA or Zendesk preferred
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or employee benefits is preferred
• Proactive and resourceful with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
