Key Responsibilities:

Develop and own standard processes for health plan and pharmacy benefit partner integration
Manage partner performance and execution dashboard to track key KPIs
Evaluate and monitor processes, addressing gaps and adapting to market needs

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations
Bachelor's Degree at minimum
Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits processes and integration
Ability to develop and drive operational readiness plans
Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
