Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Ops Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Client Success team by providing insights and information for engagement strategies with employer alliances
  • Execute daily activities and manage workflow for effective Client Success operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all activities in the client relationship management system
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years of customer service experience, including at least one year of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce, MS Office, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of adult learning and development and post-secondary industry trends is a plus
