Job Summary

To support a growing leadership development practice, the contract Client Success Partner will manage relationships with enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding through renewal while translating business challenges into effective transformation programs, all within a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead relationship partner for active enterprise clients, collaborating closely with CHROs and other executives
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear transformation program goals, overseeing solutions from design to deployment
  • Facilitate strategic sessions and updates, ensuring alignment of program investments with clients' broader people strategies
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, HR transformation, or leadership development
  • Proven track record of advising executive-level clients, particularly CHROs and HR leaders
  • Deep expertise in human capital and enterprise talent systems, coupled with strong business acumen
  • Experience in growing client accounts through consultative, relationship-focused approaches
  • Ability to leverage AI-driven tools for enhancing client engagement and improving account performance
