Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Services Partner to manage client relationships and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing both tactical needs and long-term planning

  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase value and recalibrate objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in Service Partnership, Customer Success, or Account Management in client-facing roles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Focus on client needs by establishing credibility and building relationships
  • Experience in adapting strategies to achieve goals
