Job Summary
A company is looking for an Expert Services Partner to manage client relationships and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing both tactical needs and long-term planning
- Build trust with client decision makers by aligning solutions effectively with their goals and industry context
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase value and recalibrate objectives
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in Service Partnership, Customer Success, or Account Management in client-facing roles
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Focus on client needs by establishing credibility and building relationships
- Experience in adapting strategies to achieve goals
