Job Summary
A company is looking for an Expert Services Partner who will manage client relationships and drive engagement for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing both tactical needs and long-term planning
- Build trust with client decision makers by understanding client goals and aligning solutions effectively
- Monitor account health and usage metrics to anticipate risks and drive retention
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of Service Partnership, Customer Success, or Account Management experience in client-facing roles
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools
- Ability to establish credibility and build relationships with clients
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of upsell opportunities
