Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Services Partner who will manage client relationships and drive engagement for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing both tactical needs and long-term planning
  • Build trust with client decision makers by understanding client goals and aligning solutions effectively
  • Monitor account health and usage metrics to anticipate risks and drive retention
Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of Service Partnership, Customer Success, or Account Management experience in client-facing roles
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools
  • Ability to establish credibility and build relationships with clients
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of upsell opportunities
