Job Summary
Serving as the primary interface for clients, the full-time remote Expert Services Partner will manage client relationships, drive delivery, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring measurable value and satisfaction throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing both tactical needs and long-term planning
- Build trust with client decision makers by understanding their goals and aligning solutions effectively
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase value and recalibrate objectives
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in Service Partnership, Customer Success, or Account Management in client-facing roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to establish credibility and build relationships focused on client needs
