Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Renewal Manager to lead subscription renewal efforts and minimize churn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve renewal strategies and processes to maximize recurring revenue
  • Drive timely completion of client renewals and ensure accuracy of renewal quotes
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to renewals and client outcomes


Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of management experience in Customer Success, Renewals, or a SaaS function
  • 2+ years in a client-facing role with relationship management experience
  • Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics such as ARR, MRR, and churn
  • Proven ability to optimize processes in a high-growth environment
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM for workflow management
