Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Representative to establish and nurture relationships with B2B agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B agencies, serving as the primary point of contact
- Identify and acquire new agency partnerships through outreach and relationship-building efforts
- Assist in organizing and managing events for agencies, including meetings and webinars
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CRM software and client management tools
- Proven experience in client success, sales development, or a related role
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Experience in event organization and management is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
