Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Representative to support the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain successful day-to-day client relationships through detailed business engagement
  • Support implementation processes and champion department initiatives to resolve customer service and operational issues
  • Create and analyze client reporting to reflect performance and trends, identifying potential process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma and 4 years of related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or sales in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with RFP responses and marketing initiatives preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare and managed care products
