Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relations Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective clients via phone, text, email, and chat
• Guide agents through the application and documentation submission process
• Prepare clean and accurate files for approval review and maintain communication with clients

Required Qualifications

• Experience in client success, sales, operations management, or account management
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being a plus
• Exposure to financial services, mortgage, escrow, title, or real estate transactions is a plus
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Professional, proactive, and accountable demeanor
