Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Representative to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with customers, managing contract renewals and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Upsell additional services or products to existing customers and source new leads through various channels
  • Manage administrative tasks related to subscription renewals and gather customer feedback on products and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development or renewals, preferably in supply chain or logistics
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
  • Proven experience in sales lead generation, ideally in technology or SaaS
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree
