Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Representative to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain relationships with customers, managing contract renewals and identifying risks and opportunities
- Upsell additional services or products to existing customers and source new leads through various channels
- Manage administrative tasks related to subscription renewals and gather customer feedback on products and processes
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in business development or renewals, preferably in supply chain or logistics
- Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Proven experience in sales lead generation, ideally in technology or SaaS
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- BA/BS or equivalent degree
