Job Summary
A company is looking for a License Manager Pro Client Success Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of cases and information requests while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Perform case research and analysis, and monitor Service Center tickets
- Communicate updates and notifications to clients while participating in account reviews and calls
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in client relations, preferably in background screening
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Secondary education preferred
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
