Job Summary

A company is looking for a License Manager Pro Client Success Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely delivery of cases and information requests while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Perform case research and analysis, and monitor Service Center tickets
  • Communicate updates and notifications to clients while participating in account reviews and calls
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in client relations, preferably in background screening
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Secondary education preferred
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
