Job Summary
Seeking a Client Success Representative for full-time or part-time positions with a flexible schedule, who will manage customer interactions through various channels, ensuring exceptional service and support while handling routine inquiries and requests.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company guidelines
- Actively listen to customer needs, providing assistance and follow-up as necessary to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided during customer interactions
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of banking regulations is a plus
- Comfortable with video engagement and handling difficult conversations with empathy
- Bilingual skills may be required based on company needs
