Job Summary

Seeking a Client Success Representative for full-time or part-time positions with a flexible schedule, who will manage customer interactions through various channels, ensuring exceptional service and support while handling routine inquiries and requests.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company guidelines
  • Actively listen to customer needs, providing assistance and follow-up as necessary to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided during customer interactions
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience; Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of banking regulations is a plus
  • Comfortable with video engagement and handling difficult conversations with empathy
  • Bilingual skills may be required based on company needs
