Job Summary

Focusing on maximizing account performance and client retention, the fully remote Client Success Representative I will manage client inquiries, track communication trends, and collaborate with leadership to enhance client experiences within Pacific or Central Time business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer and resolve client phone calls and emails efficiently while tracking communication trends
  • Support assigned client accounts by monitoring performance and providing insights for improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership to recommend process improvements that enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field, or high school diploma with comparable work experience
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare billing, or a third-party environment
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements, HIPAA regulations, and insurance payment methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, with strong data entry skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and effectively collaborate across functional teams
