Client Success Representative - German

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Representative - German (Remote, Contract).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with named accounts for campaign success
• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients and collaborate with internal teams
• Create and coordinate account documentation and drive account growth through excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of account management or customer success/service experience preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Comfortable using and learning various software and systems
• Experience with MS Office, CRM, and ticketing/tracking systems
