Job Summary

To support client retention and revenue safeguarding, the remote Client Success Specialist will manage client interactions within the Select Client Segment, resolve issues, and enhance business processes using the Jira Service Desk.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions and manage inquiries through the Jira Service Desk
  • Collaborate with internal teams and BPO partners to resolve client issues and enhance business processes
  • Monitor contract terms, renewal dates, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Experience with customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Desk features relevant to client management
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
